1. About These Terms

These Terms govern your use of Hesh Lankan Mart and any purchases you make through it. By creating an account or placing an order, you agree to these Terms.

2. Orders & Payment

Orders are paid by bank transfer. After placing an order, you'll see our bank account details and a unique reference number — please include this reference with your transfer, then upload your receipt. Orders remain in "Pending Verification" until we confirm the payment, which may take up to 1–2 business days.

We reserve the right to reject a payment if the receipt is invalid, the amount doesn't match, or we cannot verify the transfer — you'll be notified by email with the reason.

3. Cancellations

You can cancel an order yourself from your Orders page while it's still in the "Placed" status and payment hasn't yet been confirmed. Once payment is confirmed and processing has begun, please contact us directly to request a cancellation.

4. Pricing & Promotions

Prices are shown in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) and may change without notice. Promo codes and promotional offers are subject to the conditions shown at checkout (minimum order value, usage limits, and validity dates) and may be withdrawn or modified at any time.

5. Product Availability

We try to keep stock levels accurate, but availability isn't guaranteed until your order is confirmed. If an item becomes unavailable after you order, we'll contact you about a refund or substitute.

6. Account Responsibility

You're responsible for keeping your account password secure and for all activity under your account. Let us know immediately if you suspect unauthorized access.

7. Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the store after a change means you accept the updated Terms.
